- LinkedIn profile (custom URL preferred)
- GitHub or portfolio link (if applicable)
- All links work and point to meaningful content
- File name is clean:

🗣️ Personal Statement
- Written in 1st person but without “I” (implied voice)
- Reflects your strengths and career goals clearly
- Tailored to the kind of roles you’re applying for
- Avoids clichés and buzzwords unless supported by evidence
🎓 Education
- School name and degree are clearly stated
- Dates are accurate (no outdated “Expected Graduation”)
- GPA only included if requested or strong
- Only relevant coursework is listed
- Degree abbreviation is clear to non-local readers
💼 Work & Volunteer Experience
- Each entry includes job title, organization, and dates
- Bullet points follow: Action verb + task + result
- Avoids vague phrases like “Worked on…”
- Describes your actual impact or contribution
- Includes context for company or project if not well-known
🛠️ Projects
- Title is meaningful and descriptive
- Short summary of the project or problem it solves
- Technology stack used is listed
- What you did is clearly explained (especially in team projects)
- Includes link to GitHub or live demo (if available)
📋 Skills Section
- Skills are grouped (e.g., Languages, Tools, Frameworks)
- No star ratings or bars
- No beginner-level tools unless relevant
- No outdated technologies unless required by job
- Avoids mixing soft skills with tech skills
🎓 Certifications & Awards
- Each entry includes name, issuer, and date
- Only relevant or recognized certificates are listed
- No expired or “in-progress” items from over 6 months ago
🌍 Languages & Interests
- Languages are accurately rated (fluent/conversational/professional)
- Hobbies listed add personality or insight (not clichés)
- Avoids generic filler (“movies, music, hanging out”)
🎨 Formatting & Meta Details
- Font size is readable (10–12pt for body, 14–16pt for headers)
- Uses consistent formatting (dates, layout, alignment)
- No tables, graphics, or headers that may break in ATS
- Saved and submitted as PDF (unless instructed otherwise)
- LinkedIn content matches CV (titles, dates, companies)
